The lobby felt welcoming with its fresh smell and the decor was charming—could be described as cozy. The bed in my King Studio Suite was quite comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep. Room amenities like the microwave and refrigerator were convenient for late-night snacks. However, the bathroom needed serious attention. the drain appeared to be clogged, and the tub was dirty. I also noticed the walls showed signs of wear, with visible drywall damage. Another downside was the noise. the hotel seemed to have thin walls which made it hard to sleep when other guests were active in the halls. Overall, despite the comfortable bed and helpful staff, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing and should be addressed for a better guest experience.
